What is SNAG® golf?

SNAG® is fun golf. It allows young children to learn to play golf easily using fun equipment. It has been researched and developed by golfing professionals in the USA and used with great success as a teaching aid. It utilises bright colours, numbers and letters of the alphabet to simplify golfing skills and make golf lessons fun.
The colourful clubs are appropriately sized and weighted for children. A specially developed ball, which is somewhere in size between a golf ball and a tennis ball, is safer for children to use while still learning how to play.The SNAG® clubs and balls are safe to use indoors as well as outdoors, allowing for all-year-round golf fun. SNAG® uses simplified terminology and rules to explain and teach golfing principles.All the brightly coloured SNAG® equipment is clearly designed and made with children in mind.
As well as teaching correct swings and putting strokes, Coach Dave will bring and set up a 9-hole SNAG® course at your school to give children an opportunity to learn the etiquette, rules and skills required to play golf on a course.
